Be blessed

               Doing it God's Way!                 

How long does God promise to bless you and your loved ones? 

"For you are indeed God, and your words are truth; and you have promised me these good things' so do as you have promised! Bless me and my family forever!" 2 Samuel 7:28-29   

God made a covenant with David that He will bless his family line for generations to come.. And God never broke His promise even after hundreds of years after David died..

God told several of David's descendants that He was not blessing them because of anything that they have done to deserve it but because of his Covenant with David.

He told this to Solomon 23 years after David passed away.

He told this to David's great grandson 57 years after David died.

He told this to Hezekiah 305 years after David passed away.

 "Blessed be the Lord... There has not failed one word of all His good promise." 1 Kings 8:56

God cannot sin, His integrity and His word's are so important between Him and man that He will never break His word with us.

And God has made that same promise to each one of us!

"I call Heaven and earth to witness against you today that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Choose life so that you and your descendants may live" Deuteronomy 30:19

We all have a choice to be blessed or to be cursed for generations to come!

Your destiny is shaped by the choices that you make today!

It's important to understand that just as God honors every agreement that He makes with us. God expects us to keep every agreement that we make with Him!

Part of being blessed for generations are the spiritual traditions and Biblical truths that we pass down our family line by honoring God by doing it His way! Love your teenager

No matter what problems that we feel are being passed down our family line, whether they are issues of drug abuse, physical violence, criminal behavior, even issues with lying, gossip and false wittness to others, etc... God can help you put a stop to them today by giving whatever problems you might have over to Him and doing it God's way.

You cannot give God 90%

God will always be bigger than any problems that you might have.

"No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined the things that God has prepared for those who love him."              1 Corinthians 2:9
