Highway Patrolmans son falsely
accused
Let's find out what
God wants us to do to live our lives at the highest
level.
C.N.N.
News T.V. November 8, 2005
Recently most of us have heard about a man named
Herman Adkins from California who is the son of a California
Highway Patrol Officer who was convicted by a Los Angeles jury back
in 1988. Based on D.N.A. test results in February 2000
has now been exonerated after spending 13 years in prison for a
crime he did not commit. He will be one of the falsely accused in
the new 2005 movie coming out this November 2005 called: "After
Innocence" Sadly the highway patrol officer, who once believed
in our court system has lost faith in the criminal justice
system and has now retired.
Lets hope this
spiritually fallen officer has retired with the the
professional pride and joy that he so deserved, of knowing others
had appreciated and supported him for his integrity and
his honor for all the years that he has so faithfully served so many
others. May all members of every Law Enforcement Agency learn
from the adversities of this officer's life, and may
all brothers and sisters of the Law Enforcement community show not
only their support as a police officer but as a Christian. What joy
it must bring God to see the faithful who did not judge their fellow
officer or his son and just kept telling him to keep the faith and
God will turn this into a blessing. Lets hope that kind of faith
that please's God still exist in this world today.
"When I, the Messiah,
return, how many will I find who have faith?" Luke
18:8
I
have falsely judged many people in my life and I was not being
blessed for it. God loved me so much that He wanted me to
live my life at the top and not live a life of mediocrity. God
shaped my life through adversity of being falsely accused over 30
years ago and then delivered me before it even went to Court. I was
invited to a home made dinner afterwards from the person who
made the mistake which I accepted and then we attended my Church to
worship and praise God.
Everything happens to
us for a divine reason, I now lead a nonjudgmental life of total
forgiveness to all others.
Because of my new spirit of being
shaped to not judging others, God has taken me places to show
me that He is indeed real and that He will forever bless you and
that He will never leave you.
If you hear someone is
doing something wrong that is leading them down the wrong path to
being a blessing to God. Don't judge them or group with others who
condemn instead of loving others, Be blessed doing it God's way by
doing what God's Word ask us to do, go to them and hear out their
side. If they have fallen, show them how to get back on track
if they are indeed are. Win them back with love and forgiveness, God
will bless you for it many times over.
Have you ever saw a person who is
really hurting inside who needed our help. I have read many
true stories where a person was just minutes from ending their life
by suicide, and because of the kindness of a stranger who gave them
back a little dignity. They had the strength to believe that their
was still hope for them to go on.
May we all leave
the judging of others to a judge and jury in a
Courtroom. Is this not the same mercy and grace that
we expect from God to show us on judgment
day.
As of 2005, there have
been over 400 people who have been exonerated from being
incarcerated in prison from less than ten years to over 30 years,
how many more cases are being worked on as we read this that have
been wrongful accused?
What does it take for
us to be like Jesus and show others unconditional love and a
life of total forgiveness. I am not going to pretend that I know
what others have been through who have been falsely accused and
incarcerated for decades when I have have never been to prison.
I can only say that God does not waste a hurt and that God
has blessed them with their freedom. And that some of them are
already making a positive difference in this world.
As of October 26, 2007; You can still rent the
wonderful and life changing 2005 movie "Exonerated" with your
pay per view cable company.
God believes in
you
