HOSPITALIZED WITH A DEADLY FLESH EATING BACTERIA
"But
without faith it is impossible to please him; for he that cometh to
God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that
diligently seek him." Hebrews 1:6
What makes this prayer
to God so personal to me is that this horrific disease happened
to my brother-in law Lynn. Even though his
condition was so serious because of a deadly flesh eating
bacterial, that they took his entire intestines out of his body,
still connected to him after the second surgery so if there is
anymore serious infection that they will not have to
perform additional surgery of removing them each
time. They say he could spend months recovering in the
hospital.
Just like you, I believe
in God when He says, "By His stripes we are healed"
and that Lynn will recover from this. "God did not say to
be thankful for all things, He said to be thankful in all
things." So lets give God all the glory for
being the Divine Healer and to the wonderful doctors and medical
staff for their skill and sacrifice that He has laid upon their
hearts to make Lynn's quality of life as comfortable and pleasant as
humanly possible.
Lynn had to endure at least 14
surgeries.
Lynn and his family still need your prayers for the
long journey of faith that lies ahead for them. May everyone
rejoice and glorify God that He will never leave Lynn or forsake
him in this difficult time in his life.

2008 Latest
update: Lynn has had over a dozen surgeries, and is on the
road to recovery. We thank you for your prayers and your support.
God has always been with him and Lynn has gained quite a few pounds
over the last several months. His next surgery is to close up the
hole that has been allowed to take out and put in his
intestines.
I believe God listened to all your prayers and we
thank you again for them.
