It all comes down to our obedience to God's Will on showing others the unconditional love, and the life of total forgiveness that He Himself has shown us. Remember forgiving others is a gift that we give from the heart.

How we cared about all others and did we care if all others went to heaven too.

Make me worthy this day Lord!

When we go through our personal set-backs in our lives,

Turn to God first, even if you are so overwhelmed and literally speechless by your problems and you cannot even physically stand up to reach out to God, I promise you that He will pick you off the ground, dust you off and He will carry you as a loving shepherd does when he rescues a lost sheep. He will not waste one of your tears that are flowing down your heartbreaking face.

And when we go through the "fires of adversity" God has a way of getting our attention and bringing us together to seek fellowship with him.  "Whenever you face trials of any kind, consider it nothing but joy." James 1:2     

I have personally experienced and have been shaped by adversity where God has brought me to my very knees to the floor, with a tear filled face, turning to God and thanking Him for never leaving me or forsaken me. Part of being blessed through our adversities is publicly declaring to others that God will rescue you. 

 "Oh, how great is your goodness to those who publicly declare that you will rescue them. For you have stored up great blessings for those who trust and reverence you." 

 Psalms 31:19

Even when we do everything right, adversity will happen to us. There is no where in the scriptures that promises us that we will not go through any adversity in our lives.

In fact, the Bible actually tells us that we wil encounter adversity in our lives and that it should be no big surprise.

Don't forget we get the enemys attention when God defeats Satan, by leading us to victory and helping us to triumph over our fires of adversities in our personal lives. The book of Job shows us this truth. It’s not about asking God why me Lord? It's about faithfully rising up out of your fires of adversity and praising God that He will never leave you or forsake you, and to glorify God to all others for blessing you for removing all the obstacles and mountains of problems that were in your life. When I was caught in a drive-by gang shooting while pumping gas, I did not ask God why? I kept a open heart and mind and I asked Him what is my purpose here God? I soon realized that it was to pray for the teenage gang member who only had minutes to live.

"These troubles and sufferings of ours are, after all, quite small and won't last very long. Yet this short time of distress will result in God's richest blessing upon us forever and ever!"  2 Corinthians 4:17
