To all the younger generation out there, God expects us to do the right thing when we are pulled over from a law enforcement officer, and to use the wisdom that He gave us..

T he L.A. Police Officer In the picture with me in Good Cop/Bad Cop? will be the first to tell you that you cannot out run the Police radio, the Police helicopter or the Police car for that matter. Not to mention that it's against the law. He will tell you that it's not about enjoying your car ride on local and national T.V. And that every traffic violation that you do during this illegal activity will be totaled up against you in Court. People in the past who got involved in police chases received lesser sentences, now all of that has changed because of new laws being made and enforced to protect the public. 

He will tell you that one day in a holding cell can seem like a lifetime, that no one wants to lose their freedom. In Southern California there is a mandatory sentencing of six months for misdemeanour evading and it goes up with felony evading. If you end up getting in serious trouble while your incarcerated, depending on the added offense, it could cause you to spend years of your life just wasting away. Let's show the younger generation that by making the right choices and decisions in refusing to get involved in what may seem like a harmless joy ride that may soon escalate into a police chase, Share your wisdom with them.

That it's all about having your freedom to being a Mentor by sharing with your loved ones the priceless memories and benefit of your wisdom and experience. Of sacrificing your time and effort when no one else would, of leaving a wonderful legacy by being there for your Son, Daughter, or other loved one and being a blessing to them. So when the years go by they will still be glorifying God for you being a blessing to them, a blessing that they can pass down to others for generation to generation.

In January 2006 there will be tougher new laws that will effect every law enforcement agency who will be enforcing them concerning pursuit policies and on going training, which is brought on by public awareness from watching pursuits on TV on felony evading. Lets keep it real and show the world that we know that the police have better things to do like keep your loved ones safe. What if you were in a police chase and you accidentally killed a family with children? It happens all the time!

Be the first and show the younger generation that you made a mistake and you have to pay for it. Pull over and cooperate with law enforcement and you will be blessed for it.
